We welcome student founders at idea, prototype or early customer stages from any accredited university or college.
Agreements, NDA & IP Policy
Mandatory Agreements & NDA
- All selected startups must sign a Participation Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- This protects both your startup’s sensitive information and DhumketuX’s internal technologies.
- Only ethical, non-harmful, policy-aligned ventures are accepted; additional review may apply to sensitive domains.
Intellectual Property (IP)
- Your Startup IP – Original IP you create for your startup remains yours (subject to specific investment or collaboration terms).
- DhumketuX Core IP – All proprietary technologies, designs, algorithms and systems of Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX) remain the exclusive IP of DhumketuX.
- Joint / Co-Developed IP – If products or modules are co-built with DhumketuX, IP structure and licensing are defined in a written co-development agreement before work begins.
