Company Membership – Joining the Core DhumketuX Team
Beyond short-term training or internships, DhumketuX uses the concept of Company Membership for individuals who join the core team with deeper access, responsibility and long-term involvement. Company Membership is offered only to those who successfully pass our selection process.

- Formal employment: full-time roles typically require 3+ years of industry experience plus a strong record of hands-on delivery.

Internship Requirements & Community Pathways
Internship and trainee roles are designed for serious learners who are already putting in effort through projects or community work. We prefer candidates who have shown commitment, not just curiosity.
📌 Internship Requirements
- Experience: ideally 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (projects, labs or prior work).
- Project exposure: academic projects, personal builds or open-source contributions linked to aerospace, UAVs, robotics, embedded systems or software.
- Focused interest: clear motivation to work in rockets, UAVs, embedded systems, mission software or related areas.
We prioritize candidates who can show completed work (even small projects) with basic documentation over those with only theoretical knowledge.

You do not need to wait for a formal posting to start preparing for DhumketuX. You can build your profile through community, self-learning and consistent project work.
- Register & Join Communities: connect with serious engineering communities (HPRCB, ROS/ROS2, FPGA & VLSI, VTOL Drone Bangladesh, etc.) as they often collaborate with industry and advanced projects.
- Engage & Contribute: take part in discussions, share short write-ups, help organize small initiatives or podcasts, and work on community projects.
- Prepare & Document: use community resources and your own practice to build projects, then document them clearly so they can be evaluated during DhumketuX assessments.
This route does not guarantee selection—but it significantly strengthens your profile and readiness for DhumketuX or any serious aerospace role.
What We Look For in Candidates
🧑🎓 Interns & Junior Roles
- Solid fundamentals in your discipline (EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, etc.).
- Proof of effort: academic projects, hobby builds, community work or simple prototypes.
- Good written and verbal communication, willingness to ask questions and accept feedback.
- Discipline in following safety, NDA and process instructions.
🧱 Company Members & Mid-Level
- At least 1–2 years of industrial experience in a relevant field.
- Clear examples of owning modules, tasks or subsystems from start to completion.
- Ability to work with partial specifications, constraints and evolving requirements.
- Respect for safety, confidentiality, documentation and team workflows.
🧑🏫 Senior & Supervisory Roles
- Typically 5+ years (professionals) or 12+ years (supervisors) of relevant experience.
- Ability to architect systems, review designs and manage technical and operational risk.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers in demanding environments.
- Strong communication and decision-making under constraints and uncertainty.
