At Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX), rockets, UAVs and satellite-related systems are only one side of our mission. The other side is social: using aerospace and advanced technology to inspire, educate and empower people across Bangladesh in a safe, ethical and inclusive way.
Our Social Responsibility Framework
We believe every high-tech company in Bangladesh must also act as a teacher, guide and community partner. DhumketuX structures its social responsibilities around four core pillars:

1. STEM & Aerospace Education
For many students in Bangladesh, aerospace feels distant and “for other countries only.” DhumketuX works to make space, flight and high-tech engineering visible and understandable inside our own classrooms and campuses.
🎓 Talks & Campus Seminars
Sessions on rocketry, UAVs, satellite systems, telemetry and mission control—designed for EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Aerospace and related departments.
🧪 Workshops & Demonstrations
Model rockets, gliders, UAV basics and simple telemetry demonstrations that turn theory into hands-on experiences for students.
📚 Learning Roadmaps
Guidance on open-source courses and resources (e.g., SAR basics, avionics, embedded systems, flight control) so students can continue learning independently.
2. Youth Development & Skill-Building
Bangladesh has a massive pool of talented young people. Our responsibility is to give them pathways to grow from **interested observers** into **capable contributors** in aerospace and advanced technology.
📘 Structured Programs
Industrial training, internships and trainee engineer tracks that convert classroom theory into real-world work on rockets, UAVs, test systems and mission software.
🧩 Real Responsibilities
Students and young engineers work on meaningful modules—CAD design, electronics, embedded code, simulations, documentation, testing support and more.
🧭 Mentorship & Feedback
Regular guidance from experienced engineers and leads on debugging, documentation, problem-solving and long-term career planning.
3. Ethical & Responsible Innovation
High-impact technologies must be developed with responsibility. For DhumketuX, ethical and safe innovation is a core social duty, not just an internal policy.
- 🔐 NDA & Confidentiality Culture: serious contributors and collaborators work under clear Non-Disclosure Agreements, learning how professional engineering teams operate.
- ⚠️ Safety & Compliance First: high-risk operations and testing are done under controlled conditions, with documented procedures and leadership oversight.
- 🚫 No Aerospace Chemical Sales to Third Parties: DhumketuX does not sell or supply aerospace chemicals to any external company or third party. Projects involving such materials are performed only under DhumketuX lead, infrastructure and conditions.
- 📜 Documentation & Traceability: emphasis on logs, reports and design history so decisions can be reviewed and improved over time.
4. Community Engagement & Inclusion
We don’t want aerospace to stay limited to a few people or campuses. DhumketuX aims to help build a culture around technology, not just a company.
