The First KÁRMÁN LINE Rocket
Space Rocket (Bidrohi), the flagship project of Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Limited (DhumketuX), is set to make history as Bangladesh’s first commercial space rocket. Named after the iconic poem “Space Rocket (Bidrohi)” (The Rebel) by Kazi Nazrul Islam, the rocket embodies the spirit of resilience and rebellion, symbolizing a bold leap for the nation into the global aerospace industry. This suborbital rocket will reach the Kármán line, a symbolic threshold marking the boundary between Earth’s atmosphere and outer space. It aims to advance scientific research, strengthen national pride, and position Bangladesh as a serious contender in the commercial space sector.
