Our Mission 🎯

The DhumketuX Non-Profit Community focuses on education, open collaboration and public good. It sits inside the wider DhumketuX and BAXRC ecosystem and is designed as both a learning hub and a preparation space for future aerospace professionals.

  • Make space and aerospace education accessible and structured, not random.
  • Build a strong rocketry and satellite community around DhumketuX & BAXRC.
  • Connect students, universities, labs, mentors and industry.
  • Provide a clear pathway from enthusiast → contributor → professional.
  • Offer job interview suggestions, career guidance and preparation support for those who want to apply to Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX).

The community is the launchpad & preparation zone. The company is where you execute missions.

Our Ecosystem: DhumketuX × BAXRC × Rocketry Bangladesh

The DhumketuX Non-Profit Community is part of a broader aerospace ecosystem that includes the Bangladesh Aerospace Exploration & Research Center (BAXRC) and Rocketry Bangladesh. Together, these initiatives aim to build a long-term, sustainable architecture for aerospace learning, research and innovation.

Bangladesh Aerospace Exploration & Research Center (BAXRC)

A non-profit, education-only aerospace institution focused on talent development, shared test infrastructure, research ethics and open-access knowledge for the country and region.

Rocketry Bangladesh – A BAXRC Wing

A community and student-focused wing under BAXRC dedicated to rocketry, national ramjet initiatives, campus outreach, academic projects and safe, compliant STEM experimentation.

DhumketuX Non-Profit Community

The open gateway for learners to access knowledge, collaborate on education-focused tracks, and prepare themselves for future roles in aerospace and at Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd.

What You Can Do in the Community

1. Learn Space & Aerospace

Participate in sessions and resource tracks on rocketry, satellite systems, avionics, data analysis and related engineering disciplines—delivered at a level suitable for serious learners.

  • Fundamentals of rocketry & propulsion (safe, educational, high-level).
  • Satellite systems, mission concepts & ground segment basics.
  • Avionics, embedded systems, sensors & telemetry concepts.
  • Simulation / CFD / FEA overviews & data-driven thinking.

2. Create & Contribute

Build your public portfolio with high-quality community contributions.

  • Write blogs, technical explainers and case studies in Bangla or English.
  • Help host podcasts, panels and interview sessions.
  • Design infographics, slides and visual explainers.
  • Support peers as a topic mentor in your strength areas.

3. Join Educational Tracks

Connect to education-focused projects and tracks in the DhumketuX and BAXRC ecosystem.

  • Research & simulation-oriented projects (e.g., reusable rocket and ramjet studies).
  • Glider and model flight programs (design–build–test).
  • Hands-on workshops & build days (carefully supervised).
  • Reading groups and mini-research efforts under clear boundaries.

Career Guidance & DhumketuX Preparation

A key objective of the DhumketuX Non-Profit Community is to help serious members prepare themselves for future opportunities at Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX) and other aerospace organizations.

  • Guidance on building a strong skill profile and portfolio.
  • Suggestions on preparing for technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Feedback on CVs, GitHub profiles and project documentation.
  • Soft preparation on how to think, communicate and behave like an aerospace professional.

Important: The community itself does not hire or finalize jobs. It is a preparation and support environment. When DhumketuX or other organizations open structured roles (internships, trainee positions, jobs), community experience can help you be more ready and competitive, but selection is always based on actual skills, performance and interviews.

Your Pathway: From Enthusiast to Professional

  1. Explorer – Join & Learn: Join the group, attend sessions, read content, ask questions and complete starter tasks.
  2. Builder – Hands-On Practice: Take part in simple builds, workshops and remote projects and start contributing small but meaningful work.
  3. Contributor – Showcase, Lead & Prepare: Publish your work, support others, take on moderation/organizing roles and join career guidance sessions.
  4. Professional Track – Apply for Structured Programs: When DhumketuX opens internships or roles, apply with your improved skill set, portfolio and experience.

⚠️ NB (Important Update)

The DhumketuX Community organization-based program that ran between 2022 and 2024 was officially cancelled in 2024. That specific organization-style community program is no longer active, and we no longer provide any certificates under that old community-based track.

All current and future certificates, internships and experience letters are issued only under Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX) and its formal structured programs (for example, Industrial Training, Internship, Trainee Engineer+ tracks) with clear timelines, NDAs and terms & conditions.

Joining the DhumketuX Non-Profit Community does not automatically make you an intern or staff, and does not guarantee certificates or jobs. All community activities remain non-profit, non-weaponized, educational and policy-aligned, in line with DhumketuX and BAXRC guidelines.
