Types of Experience Certificates at DhumketuX
DhumketuX currently offers three main certification tracks:
🎓 Type 1
Industrial Training Certificate
7-day intensive exposure to DhumketuX labs, safety, hardware and workflows.
🧑💻 Type 2
Internship Certificates (Short & Long)
4-month and 6-month tracks with deep involvement in rocket, UAV and advanced-system modules.
🛠️ Type 3
Team Member – Trainee Engineer & Trainee Engineer Plus
6-month and 12-month engineering tracks with full module ownership and long-term responsibilities.
🎓 Type 1 – Industrial Training Certificate
Best for: Students who want short, intensive exposure to aerospace and advanced systems inside DhumketuX.
- ⏱️ Duration: 7 days
- 📚 Engagement: ~2.2 hours/day (total ~15.4 hours)
- 🧪 Scope: safety, lab orientation, basic rockets & UAVs, overview of DhumketuX projects and controlled demonstrations.
Certificate includes: name, program title, duration, total hours, focus areas, and official signature & seal of DhumketuX.
🧑💻 Type 2 – Internship Certificates (Short & Long)
Best for: Students and fresh graduates looking for hands-on project work and a strong portfolio.
Short Internship – DhumketuX
- ⏱️ Duration: 4 months
- 🕒 Workload: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week (~360 hrs)
- 🧩 Scope: module-level work in rocketry, UAV, electronics, software, or documentation; weekly targets & mentor feedback.
Long Internship – DhumketuX
- ⏱️ Duration: 6 months
- 🕒 Workload: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week (~480 hrs)
- 🧪 Scope: deeper integration with DhumketuX R&D teams, contributions in design, simulation, firmware, testing, or system integration.
⚖️ Critical Conditions for Internship Certificates
- ✅ Full timeline is mandatory: interns must complete the entire 4-month or 6-month period. If any student does not complete the terms, conditions and time period, the internship will be automatically cancelled and no certificate will be issued.
- 🔐 NDA is mandatory: all interns must sign and fully comply with the DhumketuX Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Breach of NDA may lead to immediate termination, certificate cancellation and possible legal action.
Certificate includes: duration, total hours, department/team, key responsibilities (where NDA allows), performance note and official signature & verification ID.
🛠️ Type 3 – Team Member Certificates (Trainee Engineer & Trainee Engineer Plus)
Best for: high-commitment contributors who work like junior engineers on real missions.
Trainee Engineer – DhumketuX (6-Month Track)
- ⏱️ Duration: 6 months
- 🕒 Workload: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week (~960 hrs)
- 🧩 Scope: design, testing, integration or field operations; module ownership and documentation.
Trainee Engineer Plus – DhumketuX (12-Month Track)
- ⏱️ Duration: 12 months
- 🕒 Workload: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week (~1920 hrs)
- 🚀 Scope: full-time role in core R&D/product teams; direct work on rockets, UAVs, test stands, ground systems and internal tools.
📌 Conditions for Trainee Engineer & Trainee Engineer Plus
- ✅ Full duration (6 or 12 months) must be completed for certificate eligibility.
- 🔐 NDA, security and internal policies are mandatory. Violations may cause termination and automatic certificate cancellation.
Certificate includes: official role title (Trainee Engineer / Trainee Engineer Plus + domain), duration, total hours, project domains, impact summary and verification ID.
🧩 Internship Selection Process – Common for All Project Types
Thank you to everyone showing interest in joining DhumketuX internship programs and project teams. To ensure we build the best possible team, our selection process follows a structured and transparent path:
➊ Step 1: CV Screening
Applications are reviewed based on relevant technical work, academic projects, prior rocketry/engineering experience, perseverance and dedication. Only shortlisted candidates move forward.
➋ Step 2: First Interview + 7-Day Task
Shortlisted applicants attend an initial interview and receive a 7-day technical/practical task tailored to their chosen sector (avionics, software, mechanical/CAD, documentation, research, etc.).
➌ Step 3: Task Review & Final Interview
Tasks are reviewed in detail. We evaluate problem-solving, creativity, technical depth and commitment. Strong candidates are invited to a final interview to assess technical understanding, teamwork and long-term interest.
➍ Step 4: Selection, Offer & NDA
Selected candidates receive an offer (Intern / Trainee Engineer / Trainee Engineer Plus) with role, duration and expectations. They must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and complete formalities before joining the project team.
This process ensures that only dedicated, skilled and passionate individuals become part of DhumketuX’s high-impact aerospace and UAV projects.
⚖️ General Terms & Conditions (All Programs)
- ⏳ Full time period must be completed: partial completion does not qualify for any certificate. If a student does not complete the terms, conditions and time period, their internship or role may be automatically cancelled and no certificate will be issued.
- 🔐 NDA & confidentiality are mandatory: code, diagrams, internal images and documents are protected. Leaks or misuse may lead to termination, certificate cancellation and legal consequences.
- 📉 Performance & discipline: professional behavior, punctuality and teamwork are required. Repeated misconduct can lead to removal from the program.
- 📝 Final decision authority: DhumketuX reserves the right to approve or reject certificate issuance based on attendance, performance, NDA compliance and overall behavior.

Are DhumketuX certificates useful for jobs or higher studies?
Yes. DhumketuX certificates mention total hours, duration and project scope, which helps employers and universities evaluate your real, project-based experience in aerospace, rocketry, UAVs and advanced technology domains.
Will I get a certificate just for joining?
No. A certificate is issued only if you complete the full time period, maintain required attendance, performance and discipline, and strictly follow NDA and internal policies. Otherwise, the internship or role may be automatically cancelled and no certificate will be provided.
Are all programs paid?
Not always. Some programs are paid, some are unpaid and some may include stipends or limited support. Each announcement clearly states the financial structure.
Can I verify my DhumketuX certificate later?
Yes. You or any third party can verify a certificate anytime by emailing certification@dhumketux.com with the certificate details.
Do I need an aerospace background to apply?
Not necessarily. Industrial Training is generally beginner-friendly. Internships, Trainee Engineer and Trainee Engineer Plus roles may require specific skills (electronics, programming, CAD, documentation, etc.), which are clearly mentioned in each call for applications.
